  • How can I see my Balance if I am an Owner?

    You can log in with your user name and password > go to View history.
  • If i need to rent how can I apply for Association approval?

    You need to download and print the application forms for your community. Fill out the application and return to our office or mail to our office with appropriate payments in money order or cashier's check, PERSONAL CHECKS will NOT be accepted, NO EXEPTIONS.
  • Turn-around time for an Application?

    Application turn-around time is 15 business days from the day it was submitted, No Exception in time.
  • What are the fees of an estoppel letter, condo questionnaire and turn-around time?

    Price and time will vary depending on your needs,
    • 5 to 7 days $300.00
    • 48 hours “RUSH” $350.00
    Your payment must be made payable to Professional Management in one of the following forms:
    • Cashier’s check
    • Money Order
  • What if I need an update to my Estoppels request?

    1. An update within the first 30‐day period is free of charge.
    2. Updates after first 30 days are $100.00 each.
    3. After 61 days of original requested date, an original Estoppels must be requested.
  • How do I request a work order?

    When you log in to our website, you can click contact us icon, fill out the information and one of our representatives will contact you.
  • What can I do if I am experiencing such as a plumbing leak, roof leak, or any other problem after hours?

    You can call our main number 305.254.8995 and the recorded message will guide to our emergency line.
  • What are the different options and how can I pay my maintenance fees with Professional Management?

    Owners’ payment options:
    • "E" Checks - An owner will be able to log onto and pay their maintenance fees electronically with their own checking account. The owner may pay up to the balance owed, assuming the account is not currently in legal proceedings.
    • Credit Cards - As with the "E" check option, the owner would sign onto our website and remit payment with Master Card, Visa or Discover cards.
    • Mail a check to the Payment Processing Center using the self addressed envelopes provided.
    • Bill-Pay Service through your personal banking institution.
  • When are my assessments due? What is the late fee amount?

    The monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month and are typically delinquent after the 15th. A $25.00 Late fee will be charged if payment is not received by the 15th. Please verify with the Association manager your specific Association’s past due procedures.
